Susanne Jang

Susanne Jang has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Susanne is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at AMI since August 2021. Before that, they worked at Crestron Electronics as the Director of International Human Resources from August 2017 to July 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at IQVIA, including Senior Director of Global Human Resources, Director of Human Resources AsiaPacific at Quintiles, and Director of Staffing, Talent Brokerage, AsiaPacific at Quintiles. Susanne also gained valuable experience at Abbott, where they served as the Group Manager of Business Human Resources for the Pharmaceutical Product Group/Abbott Neutrition International and held positions such as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Interim Human Resources Director for Abbott Korea, and Business Human Resources Manager. Susanne also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at SAS and as a Human Resources Manager at American Express Bank. Susanne started their career as an HR Generalist at Standard Chartered Bank.

Susanne Jang holds a Master of Arts degree in Social Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Change Leadership from Columbia University. Susanne also has additional certifications, including Certified Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems.
