Julie Lamb

Julie Lamb has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Julie most recently worked at AXS as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Landmark Theatres from 2007 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for planning, developing, and implementing HR initiatives for an organization of 1200 employees across 18 states. Julie was a strategic business partner to the CEO, Executive Team, and Field Management, aligning human capital with organizational goals. Julie also managed various aspects such as employee relations, performance systems, benefits, workers compensation, talent acquisition, compensation and succession planning, organizational design, and HR department initiatives. Prior to Landmark Theatres, Julie held the same Executive Vice President role in the HR departments of 2929 Entertainment and Magnolia Pictures from 2007 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Julie worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Manpower, where they partnered with the Field Vice President and General Manager to align HR programs with business strategies and manage HR functions for 82 branch operations across 17 states. Julie'sexpertise includes HR consulting and high-level HR services to all levels of management.

Julie Lamb has a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Monash University.
