Spencer Lutz

Spencer Lutz has extensive experience in the wood industry. Spencer currently serves as the President of American Millwork LLC since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales at Granite Valley Forest Pdts Inc from 2017 to 2019.

Before their current roles, Lutz held various positions at Banks Hardwoods, Inc. Spencer served as the President of the company from 2008 to 2017, where they managed day-to-day operations and spearheaded the establishment and growth of Banks Hardwoods China. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of the company from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they worked closely with the executive team, managed the sales team, and played a key role in executing the acquisition of a competitor.

Lutz's long tenure at Banks Hardwoods started in 1989 when they held multiple roles such as Sales Manager, General Manager, and Plant Manager.

In 1989, Spencer Lutz attended the National Hardwood Lumber Inspection School for a short period of time, focusing on the field of study of Hardwood Lumber. No degree was obtained.
