Phillip graduated from Wake Forest University in 2003 with a Masters degree in Accountancy. He has been a CPA since 2003 and has held positions at KPMG and Fidelity Investments.

Philip is responsible for overseeing all financial operations including financial reporting, credit arrangements, and regulatory financial compliance.
