Charles Sivley

Charles Sivley has accumulated a wealth of experience in the information technology sector, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Starting as an IT Operations Specialist at RUST Engineering in 1991, they later joined Southern Company Services, where they advanced to the position of IT Support Center Supervisor, overseeing a large team and leading consolidation projects. Charles then transitioned to the banking industry, serving as the Chief Information Officer at First State Bank of the Southeast and later at Highlands Union Bank, where they successfully cleared regulatory issues and provided infrastructure leadership. Currently, as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at American National Bank and Trust Company, Charles continues to showcase their expertise and drive towards technological advancements.

Charles Sivley attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1983 to 1987, where they studied History and Business Management. In 2021, they also completed a program in Digital Banking School at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
