Shirley Campbell

Shirley Campbell currently serves as Vice President and SBA Program Director at First Command Bank since March 2023. Prior to this, Shirley held the position of Vice President and SBA Process Manager at American National Bank, where involvement included managing SBA Loans, specifically 7(a) and 504 loans as well as Small Business Loans, since February 2007. Additionally, Shirley has experience as Regional Retail Manager for Tarrant & Johnson County. Educationally, Shirley attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1991 to 1993, completing the Graduate School of Banking program.
