Tony Saldana has extensive work experience in the field of systems engineering and technical support. Tony began their career at the University of North Texas in 2005, where they worked as a Computer Lab Consultant for three years. In 2011, they joined Kohl's Department Stores as a Technical Lead in Credit & Contact Center Technology, handling technical support and incident management. Tony then progressed to the role of Senior Technical Support, where they installed and configured computer systems and participated in planning meetings for a new facility. In 2015, they became an Associate System Engineer, focusing on Java remediation and creating Group Policy Objects. Tony then advanced to the position of System Engineer in 2016, overseeing initiatives such as designing and implementing lakeside systrack and restructuring Active Directory. In 2019, Tony joined the American National Bank of Texas as a Senior System Engineer.

Tony Saldana has a diverse education history. Tony started at Northwest Vista College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. Tony then transferred to the University of North Texas and studied Design and Visual Communications, General from 2005 to 2008. After that, Tony attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Tony also obtained a certification as a VMware Certified Professional - Desktop Management from VMware in May 2023.
