Heidi McNeely

Heidi McNeely currently serves as the Vice President of Individual Credentialing and Research at the American Nurses Association since January 2024. Additionally, McNeely has been a member of the Board of Directors for the International Health Facility Diversion Association since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a researcher at The Schreiber Research Group from January 2020 to January 2024, and as a Senior Consultant at Visante from February 2019 to December 2023, focusing on drug diversion assessment and healthcare consulting. McNeely also held the position of Commissioner at the American Nurses Credentialing Center from January 2016 to December 2023, serving as Chair of the Commission on Certification during 2021-2022 and Vice Chair in 2019-2020. From October 2010 to December 2023, McNeely worked as a Drug Diversion Prevention Officer at Children's Hospital Colorado. Educationally, McNeely earned a PhD in Nursing from the University of Kansas Medical Center, completing the program in December 2021.
