Zariah Sturr is an experienced Care Transition Nurse at American Nursing Care, having served in this role since August 2016, focusing on facilitating patient transitions from hospital to home and coordinating home health care programs. Prior to this position, Zariah worked as a Staff RN at Mercy Health from May 2015 to August 2016, delivering holistic care for orthopedic and medical-surgical patients. Zariah also gained experience as a Staff RN at Oral and Facial Surgery Associates from December 2014 to May 2015, where responsibilities included surgical preparation and post-procedure evaluations.
