Douglas Richards

Douglas Richards has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Technology Manager at American Pacific Corporation since July 1992, where responsibilities include sales, marketing, product development, product stewardship, and customer relations. Prior to this role, Douglas worked as a Project Engineer at ZF TRW, focusing on the design and operational startups of a greenfield production facility involving hazardous materials. Experience also includes senior engineering roles at Orbital ATK, with contributions to tactical solid rocket motor production and large-scale solid rocket motor operations. Douglas began a career at United States Steel Corporation, gaining comprehensive knowledge in steel production and environmental health and safety. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health and Safety from Utah State University.
