Ken Cunningham

Mr. Cunningham is a geologist with over 44 years of world-wide exploration experience. During his professional career he worked for Houston Oil and Minerals, Tenneco Minerals and Uranerz Exploration and Mining. From 2003 until 2016 Mr. Cunningham served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miranda Gold Corp. During his tenure as CEO of Miranda he was instrumental in building Miranda’s exploration team, acquiring key projects, negotiating joint ventures and strategic alliances as well as building awareness of Miranda in both the financial and investment communities. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of CopperBank Resources Corp. and has also served as a director with Red Eagle Mining Corporation and Teras Resources Inc. Mr. Cunningham has a BS degree in geology from Oregon State University and an MS degree in geology from Texas Christian University. He is a licensed Professional Geologist and a past president of the Geologic Society of Nevada.
