Dave Geier

Dave Geier has extensive work experience, starting in 1986 at General Electric as a Process Engineer. Dave then moved to Honeywell in 1991, where they held multiple roles as an Engineer and Manager until 1999. In 1999, Geier joined Avery Dennison as a Plant Manager, and two years later, in 2001, they became the Director of Operations at American Packaging Corporation. Dave recently transitioned to the role of Corporate Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at the same company in March 2021.

Dave Geier earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Allegheny College from 1980 to 1984. Dave then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Virginia Tech from 1983 to 1986. Later, they attended Lehigh University College of Business from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their MBA in Business. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leadership Foundations from LinkedIn in September 2021.
