Shawn Catterson has extensive experience in various roles spanning over three decades, primarily focused on commercial accounts and communications. Since 2005, Catterson has served as a Senior Commercial Accounts Representative at American Pest. Prior to this, Catterson worked at AT&T International IP Relay Service as a Relay Operator, facilitating communications for the hearing and speech impaired from 1996 to 2006. Additional professional experience includes serving as the Claims Processing Production and Documentation Inventory Control Manager at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and managing equipment processing and shipping for U.S. troops during the First Gulf War at IBM. Catterson's military background includes serving as an Accountant and in contract management with the United States Air Force from 1982 to 1991, culminating in an honorable discharge. Educational qualifications include studies at the Community College of the Air Force, and completion of leadership and technical training programs within the military.
