Jeff Stage

Jeff Stage serves as the Senior Editor at the American Philatelic Society since December 2021, with responsibilities including editing and writing for APS print products and supporting the digital team. Prior to this role, Jeff was a Freelance Writer from 2018 to the present and served as an Editorial Associate at the American Philatelic Society from May 2015 to August 2018. Jeff's extensive experience in journalism includes a long tenure as Editor/Writer at The Post-Standard from 1977 to 2013, covering various beats such as sports, crime, education, and government. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the State University of New York at Oswego, where studies were completed between 1973 and 1977.
