Jakrey Myers

Jakrey Myers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they are working as the Director of Software & Information Systems at the American Physical Society. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Software Products & Customer Experience at Cognixion, where they played a key role in designing and developing the Cognixion ONE product family. Jakrey also worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, first as the Associate Director of Product Engineering & Management - Immersive Technologies, and later as the Sr. Product Manager of Digital Service Platforms and Sr. Digital Project Manager & Product Owner of Global Service & Support. Notably, they co-founded and worked as the COO of Social Asymmetry and served as the CEO and Founder of Volumetryx. Earlier in their career, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Life Technologies) as the Digital Learning Architect and Field Service Engineer - Team Lead. They also co-founded the Project Mobility Organization, where they served as the CTO. Jakrey's experience extends to academia, as they worked as a Research Associate, Teaching Assistant, and Laboratory Research Engineer at Arizona State University.

Jakrey Myers earned a Certificate in Product Management from Product School in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Arizona State University where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Jakrey later pursued a Masters in Science in the same field at Arizona State University.
