Shadè Bacote

Shadè Bacote is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at the American Physical Society. With a background in Human Resources and a degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development, Shadè has worked in various roles focused on recruitment and organizational development. From overseeing recruitment processes for over 100 hiring managers to implementing recruitment branding strategies, Shadè brings a wealth of experience to the field. Prior to APS, Shadè worked at The National Institutes of Health as a Human Resources Specialist and at Prince George's County Public Schools as a Grade Level Chair. Additionally, Shadè has experience in project management from their time at Optima Media Group.
