Melanie Elsey serves as the National Legislative Director for the American Policy Roundtable and is a regular panel member on The Public Square® radio broadcast. Having formerly taught in the public schools, her work today has a strong focus on education policy. Melanie has also done extensive research on the development and construction of the most recent federal healthcare laws. To this end, she has been a frequent consultant to media and government on the history and impact of The Affordable Care Act.
