Nancy Dodd, M.S., serves as the Chief Investigator at the American Policyholder Association since January 2021 and has an extensive career in law enforcement and education. In addition to this role, Nancy has been an Adjunct Instructor at Southwestern Community College District since March 2018 and holds the presidency of the Women Leaders in Law Enforcement - San Diego County Chapter, promoting leadership and mentorship within the profession. With experience as a Supervising Investigator at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office, Nancy specialized in sex crimes and human trafficking cases and supervised auto insurance fraud detectives. Previously, Nancy worked as a Criminal Investigator with the California Highway Patrol, focusing on complex fraud cases, and served as a State Traffic Officer. Nancy is also an educator through the San Diego County Regional Leadership Institute and engages in public speaking. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Safety and Law Enforcement Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute & University.
