American Printing House for the Blind
Stephanie Walker is an Outreach Specialist for the Southwest Region at the American Printing House for the Blind since October 2022. Previously, Stephanie served as the Texas Sensory Support Network Coordinator and Regional Educational Consultant for Visual Impairment and Orientation and Mobility at ESC Region 11 from November 2012 to October 2022. Prior roles include Teacher of Students who are Visually Impaired and Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist at Bluebonnet Co-op for the Visually Impaired, TVI, COMS and Significant Support Needs Teacher at Cheyenne Mountain School District 12, and Special Education Teacher at Monahans-Wickett-Pyote Independent School District. Additional experience includes roles at Science Spectrum and YWCA USA. Stephanie holds a Master of Education with an emphasis in Orientation and Mobility and a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Special Education from Texas Tech University, along with ongoing studies at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
