Nathan E. Carpenter, PE earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. In July 1993, they obtained certification as a Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering from the State of Washington. Furthermore, they pursued Continuing Education in Business Administration and Management, General at Boise State University from 1999 to 2000.
