Brendan McCarthy

Brendan McCarthy is a Legislative Analyst at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association since September 2022. Prior experience includes a Summer Internship at Mountain Creek Properties, where involvement included working on new acquisitions and day-to-day portfolio operations, and contributing to the physical evaluation team for targeted acquisitions. Previous roles also encompass two positions as a Maintenance Worker at Ashby Apartment Complex and ASHBY Apartment Building, where responsibilities involved managing work orders, tasks, and resident relations, as well as pool area maintenance. An early internship at Grey Group allowed collaboration with a creative team on advertising campaigns for major clients. Brendan McCarthy holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, completed in 2022.
