Eileen Gilligan

Eileen Gilligan has worked in various roles throughout their career, starting in 1994 as a Senior Account Representative at The Nancy Bocskor Company. Eileen then held the position of Director of Master Calendar at the 2000 Republican National Convention. Gilligan went on to become the Director of Corporate Relations at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they served as the Director of Development Events at the National Building Museum. Gilligan then spent several years at the US Department of the Treasury, holding roles such as Director of Protocol, Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Management/CFO, Senior Advisor to the Acting Deputy Secretary, and Senior Advisor and Spokesperson.
