Karen Collins

Karen Collins has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Karen is currently Vice President of Property & Environmental at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, where they have been working since February 2023. Prior to this role, they were Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines at the same company from October 2020 to February 2023. Before joining the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, Karen worked at Allstate as a Product Manager from October 2018 to October 2020. Karen also had a long tenure at Progressive Insurance, where they served as a Senior Product Analyst from August 2013 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, Karen worked at Farmers Insurance as a Personal Lines Growth Consultant from February 2012 to July 2013 and as a Senior Marketing Specialist from March 2010 to January 2012. Karen began their insurance career at AIG/21st Century Insurance as a Business Analyst from January 2007 to March 2010. Lastly, Karen worked at 21st Century Insurance as a Senior Training Specialist from February 2004 to December 2006 and as a Claims Office Adjuster from October 2002 to February 2004.

Karen Collins completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Northridge. Karen attended the university from 1997 to 2002.
