Ashish S. has extensive experience in data operations, strategy, and analysis. They started their career as a Business Intelligence Intern at Star India, where they researched and reported on the implementation of data analytics in media companies. They also worked as a Clinical Data Programmer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they programmed databases and created KPI reports for clinical studies. At C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., they led the transformation from excel-based reporting to real-time dashboards and developed the analytics platform using MS Power BI. Ashish then joined Deloitte as an Analyst, working on BI-related projects and revamping the ETL process for social programs. Currently, they are the Deputy Director of Data Operations & Strategy at the American Psychiatric Association, overseeing data governance, CRM platform migration, and membership database management.
