Rob Fredley

Sr. Director Of Digital Strategy + Services at American Psychological Association

Rob Fredley's work experience includes serving as the Sr. Director of Digital Strategy + Services at the American Psychological Association from 2016 to present. In this role, they developed and led a team responsible for managing a portfolio of websites, social media channels, mobile apps, and digital products. Rob implemented a four-pillar digital strategy that resulted in a 147% increase in monthly active users. Rob also held the position of Executive Fellow at the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets starting in 2019. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Embassy Series, a non-profit organization focused on musical diplomacy, from 2015 to present. Before that, they co-founded and served as Executive Vice President at Virid, an ecommerce platform and digital solution agency. Rob also held positions at US Web/CKS and Proxicom as a Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant, respectively.

Rob Fredley obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Moravian University. Later, they pursued their Executive MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2013 to 2015.
