Juanita Duarte is a seasoned payroll and HR professional with extensive experience spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Analyst at American Public Education, Inc. since April 2023, Juanita previously held various roles at Rasmussen College, including HRIS/Payroll Manager and Payroll Administrator since April 2015.
