Matt Petlovany

Matt Petlovany currently serves as the AVP of IT Service Support and Delivery at American Public Education, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Matt held various roles at Citrix from November 2012 to 2022, culminating in the position of Director of Customer Success, where leadership of a team of 4 Managers and 54 Technical Account Managers resulted in significant performance improvements, including a 41% increase in bookings and a renewal rate of 99% for 2021. Prior to Citrix, Matt worked at IBM from March 2005 to November 2012 in multiple capacities, including Delivery Project Executive and Infrastructure Program Manager. Matt holds a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Georgia and an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University.
