With extensive experience in legal counsel and corporate affairs, Rachel has held various roles, including Deputy General Counsel at American Public Media and Vice President of Corporate Affairs/Legal at Augsburg Fortress Publishers. As a consultant since 2015, Rachel offers expertise in governance, board relations, and intellectual property management. Rachel's background also includes managing the copyright for the Revised Standard Version of the Bible for the National Council of Churches.
