Kwakuita Spence has over a decade of professional experience in event management and administrative operations. Since April 2015, Kwakuita has contributed to the American Public Transportation Association in various roles, advancing from Registration Coordinator to Meeting and Registration Manager, overseeing registration operations for multiple meetings and trade shows. Prior experience includes serving as a Meetings Assistant at NTCA from January 2008 to February 2013, where Kwakuita directed registration processes for numerous events. Additionally, from October 2003 to October 2008, Kwakuita worked as a Program Analyst at the Defense Information Systems Agency, managing administrative support for the Safety Office and supervising training programs. Kwakuita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southeastern University and a Certificate in Event Management from The George Washington University.
