Ariana Demodion

Ariana Demodion has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in housekeeping management roles. Ariana started their career as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in 2006, where they supervised all housekeeping operations and managed inventory and expenses. Ariana then worked as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, overseeing housekeeping operations for a hotel with 270 rooms.

Ariana subsequently joined Marriott Hotels as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, where they successfully managed housekeeping operations and improved guest satisfaction. Ariana then took on the role of Director of Housekeeping at DoubleTree by Hilton, where they managed a staff of 109 and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

In 2016, Ariana became the Director of Housekeeping at InterContinental St Paul Riverfront, overseeing housekeeping operations for a hotel with 410 rooms. Ariana ensured cleanliness standards, provided staff training, and monitored guest rooms for satisfaction. Ariana later held a similar role at DoubleTree by Hilton St.Paul MN, overseeing housekeeping operations for a hotel with 251 rooms.

Most recently, Ariana worked as the Director of Housekeeping at Great Wolf Lodge, where they managed the housekeeping department and maintained cleanliness standards. Ariana is currently serving as the Chief Housekeeper at American Queen Steamboat Company.

Ariana Demodion obtained a Master's Degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Sarajevo between 1985 and 1991.
