Frits van der Werff has over 15 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on guest experience and operations. Frits is currently employed at American Queen Voyages™ as the Senior Vice President of Guest Experience and Operations. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Westgate Resorts, Holland America Line, MSC Cruises, Fisher Island Club, Norwegian Cruise Line, and St. Regis Aspen, where they gained expertise in hotel and resort operations, food and beverage management, and restaurant development. Frits van der Werff's experience encompasses roles at both corporate and property levels, demonstrating their ability to successfully manage operations and enhance guest experiences.

Frits van der Werff has pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management at Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland. Frits also attended Hotelschool Groningen to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
