Lisa Cosmano

Lisa Cosmano, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience in the field of education and leadership. Lisa served as the Regional Vice President of Teaching and Learning at American Reading Company starting from February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Bilingual Executive Coach at the same company from July 2016 to February 2019. Lisa also founded Equiliteracy Learning, LLC in January 2016 and held the position of President. Lisa started their career in education as a Bilingual/ESL/Reading Intervention Educator at Marquardt District 15 from August 2008 to August 2016. Before that, they worked as a High School Spanish Teacher at Plainfield Community Consolidated School District #202 from August 2005 to August 2008.

Lisa Cosmano, M.Ed. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Northern Illinois University from 1999 to 2004. Lisa then went on to complete their Master of Arts degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language at Grand Canyon University from 2008 to 2010.
