Olesya Puente, MSRE, is currently serving as the Vice President of Asset Management at American Real Estate Partners. Prior to this role, Olesya held positions at companies such as CBRE, Edelman Financial Services, and Gates Hudson, gaining valuable experience in financial consulting, lease analysis, and property management. Olesya holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance, Investment & Development from The Johns Hopkins University.
