James Hlavacek

James Hlavacek is currently the Associate Director - Investments at American Realty Advisors, starting in April 2022. Prior to this role, James held positions at Winstanley Enterprises as Acquisitions and Asset Management from January 2020 to March 2022, and at Jones Street Investment Partners as Vice President - Acquisitions & Asset Management from March 2016 to January 2020. James also has experience as an MBA Summer Intern in Corporate FP&A at Staples in May 2013. James holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Colgate University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
