Melissa Lusk

Melissa Lusk has been working in the real estate industry since 2021, when they began working as a Branch Manager/ Realtor and Realtor for The American Realty, and as a Realtor for Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to this, they were a Regional Business Development Manager for Star Shield Solutions, LLC (2018), an Internet Sales Manager for Gwinnett Place Nissan (2011), a Regional Sales Manager for Tailored Enterprises (2006), a Director of Sales for 211 Waste Disposal, Recycling and Demolition (2001), and an Area Supervisor for World Linc, Inc (1999). Melissa also served as a National Sales Trainer for AST Global (2019).

Melissa Lusk has a comprehensive education history. Melissa obtained a High School degree in 1991 in Athens, GA. In 2000, they attended Athens Technical College and obtained Microsoft and Quickbooks certifications. In 2007, they obtained an OSHA Safety Certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute. In 2009, they obtained a HAAG Engineering Certification from HAAG. In 2010, they attended Environmental Institute of Georgia and obtained Environmental Studies/ Asbestos Abatement certification, and attended Arise University and obtained a Virtual Service Corporation certification. In 2011, they attended Nissan Sales Training. In 2013, they obtained a Georgia Real Estate License from the Georgia Real Estate Commission. In 2021, they obtained a Florida Real Estate License from the Florida Real Estate Commission. In 2022, they obtained a Florida State License from Ed Klopfer Real Estate School and obtained Florida Notary and Florida Notary Public certifications from the Florida Notary Association.
