Amanda Lepof has extensive experience in fundraising and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Executive Director of Fundraising Programs and Segment Strategy at the American Red Cross since May 2003. In this role, Amanda manages a team of 20 and oversees the development of national corporate fundraising strategies, aiming to raise over $130 million annually. Amanda's responsibilities include the management of three cross-segment fundraising programs with an additional target of $20 million. Previously, Amanda held various positions in corporate and foundation programs, contributing to setting workplace giving and cause marketing strategies, and led disaster fundraising activities that resulted in a 90% retention rate in the Annual Disaster Giving Program. Prior to joining the American Red Cross, Amanda worked as a Program Assistant at the Association of American Colleges & Universities, focusing on gender equity and leadership in higher education. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from Georgetown University.
