Patrick Santoso

Chair, New Hampshire at American Red Cross

Patrick Santoso is the current Chair of New Hampshire at American Red Cross. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at UNH Technology Transfer Center from January 2005 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for software development and maintenance, business requirements documentation, technical specification, coding, and database design. Patrick also managed a team of developers across the country.

In addition to their technical responsibilities, Patrick developed and managed the Green Snow Pro Program. This program provides training and certification to New Hampshire winter maintenance professionals and was the first of its kind in the nation.

Patrick has a long history of dedication to their work and commitment to improving the lives of others. Patrick is an innovative thinker and an excellent leader, qualities which have served him well in their various roles over the years.

Patrick Santoso earned their PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Prior to that, they earned their MS in Civil Engineering from the same school. Patrick also holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Patrick Santoso attended high school at The Derryfield School. Patrick is also certified by the GIS Certification Institute (GISCI) as a GISP.
