Rachael R. has extensive experience in philanthropic roles, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Philanthropy Partner and Regional Philanthropy Officer at the American Red Cross. Previously, Rachael held various development consulting positions at Fresh Truck and Camp Harbor View, and worked at Boston Ballet in multiple capacities, including Leadership Giving Officer and Senior Manager of Annual Giving. In the education sector, Rachael acted as the Director of Alumnae Relations at The Ethel Walker School, following a role as Assistant Director of Alumnae and Parent Relations. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University and a BFA in Music Theater from the University of Hartford.
