Susan Coe

Susan Coe is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various healthcare and organizational settings. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at the American Red Cross since 2021, Susan previously held leadership roles including Vice President of Experience and Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care North America, and Senior Vice President, Chief Experience Officer at the University of Maryland Medical System Shore Regional Health. With a career foundation established at organizations such as the American Nurses Association and Bravo Health, Susan has consistently focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness, patient and teammate experience, and cultivating a world-class service culture. Susan holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, a BA in English from Goucher College, and is a certified yoga instructor from Baltimore Yoga Village.
