Sofia Bachmann

Sofia Bachmann serves as the Head of Business Process Management at RENOLIT since October 2017, focusing on innovative solutions and process mining for performance improvement. Previously, Sofia held the roles of Corporate Business Process Manager and Corporate Investment Manager, overseeing global investment processes and CAPEX. Sofia’s earlier experience includes being a Process- & Quality Manager at HUGO BOSS, where responsibilities encompassed process modeling and quality management system enhancement, and a role in product development at zLabels GmbH. Sofia began a career in office communication at EOS KSI Inkasso Deutschland GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Innovation Management from Ludwigshafen University and Bachelor degrees in International Fashion Retail and International Business from Hochschule Reutlingen and Tecnológico de Monterrey, respectively.
