Rachit Mathur

Rachit Mathur serves as the Head of WF Business Process Management and Intelligent Automation at Wells Fargo since October 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing operational excellence through automation and digital transformation initiatives across Global Operations. Prior to this role, Rachit held various positions at Bank of America, culminating as Vice President, Global Finance Architecture, where efforts focused on general ledger consolidation and finance application portfolio analysis. With a solid foundation in business process management and enterprise architecture, Rachit's early career included significant roles in operational excellence and quality improvement, employing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies across organizations. Rachit holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
