Lisa Borre

Lisa Borre, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at American Repair Maintenance since February 2025. Previously, Lisa held multiple roles at Immaculate Flight, including Principal HR Strategist and Vice President of Human Resources from June 2021 to February 2025. At KRT Collective, a consulting agency focusing on small to midsize businesses, Lisa worked as a Principal HR Strategist from June 2023 to February 2025. Lisa's extensive HR experience includes serving as HR Director at Wightman, where responsibilities included overseeing the Human Resources Department across multiple locations in Southwest Michigan. Lisa also held HR management positions at WPP and Amazon and contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Instructor at Western Michigan University. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in Human Resources from Michigan State University.
