Rose Van Dyne is a multifaceted theater professional with extensive experience in performance, education, and administration. Currently serving as a standby in the "1776" revival at American Repertory Theater, Rose also holds the position of Administrative Assistant at the Musical Theatre Educators Alliance, where responsibilities include website management, customer service, and event planning. As a self-employed private music tutor, Rose specializes in teaching beginner piano and voice students, emphasizing a holistic approach to music education. In addition, Rose works as Programming Director at In the Margin, producing and developing new work focusing on intersectional narratives. Previous roles include music direction and teaching artist positions at various organizations, including TADA! Youth Theater and American Theatre Wing. Rose holds a Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Vocal Pedagogy from Boston Conservatory at Berklee and a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre Performance and Piano from the University of Northern Colorado.
