James Locke

James Locke serves as the Director of Federal Government Affairs at the American Retirement Association. Prior to this role, James was the Director of Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform. James has a background in legislative counsel, legal counsel, and experience as a legal intern at the Securities Exchange Commission. James holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Vanderbilt University.
