Kimberly Haynes is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic business partnership and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Strategic Business Partner at American Retrieval Company since June 2016, Kimberly is responsible for employee relations consulting, workplace culture initiatives, manager training, full cycle recruiting, and payroll and benefits administration.
