Prior to joining American Roll-on Roll-off Carrier, Frederick was Vice President and General Manager of Operations at American Roll On Roll Off Carrier from August 2009 to March 2012 and spent over two decades at Maersk Line Limited, culminating as Senior Director of Specialized Vessel Management. Frederick holds a B.S. in Nautical Science from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, where attendance occurred from 1974 to 1978.
