Rachel Sanford

Rachel Sanford serves as Legal Counsel to the Governor for the American Samoa Government since January 2023. Previously, Rachel held the position of Legal Operations Manager and Customer Solutions Manager at Reliance Worldwide Corporation from February 2019 to June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Analyst at Inside Injuries from January 2017 to February 2019 and as a Project Manager in a co-op program at the Center for Transportation and the Environment between January 2015 and December 2016. Rachel Sanford earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgia State University College of Law in May 2022 and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2017.
