Courtney Takara

Courtney Takara is an experienced compliance professional with a background in banking and regulatory oversight. Currently serving as a Bank Regulatory Compliance Specialist at American Savings Bank since July 2020, Courtney previously worked as a Financial Institution Examiner for the State of Hawaii's Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Other notable positions include Compliance Officer at Central Pacific Bank, where responsibilities included reviewing compliance-related materials and privacy policies, and various roles focusing on compliance coordination and contract review. Courtney holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the William S.
