Shane Nishimoto

Shane Nishimoto, MAI, is an experienced real estate appraiser currently serving as Chief Appraiser at American Savings Bank since March 2021. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of Chief Appraiser at Hawaii National Bank from March 2009 to March 2021. Shane’s appraisal career began at Sanford D. Goto, Inc. in July 2007 and included a prior role as a Real Estate Appraiser at ACM Consultants, Inc. from July 2000 to July 2007.
