Lyndasuzanne Shanks

LyndaSuzanne Shanks is an experienced educator with a focus on educational technology and literacy. Currently serving as a Middle Level Educator and Teacher-Innovator at the American School Foundation of Monterrey since July 2016, LyndaSuzanne also works as a Digital Innovator and Teacher Trainer at EdTech.Vision since January 2006, providing training in educational technology. Previously, LyndaSuzanne held various positions including Interim K-12 EdTech Integration Specialist and Elementary IT Teacher at the American International School of Abu Dhabi, where responsibilities included teaching IT to 490 elementary students and leading the Technology Committee. LyndaSuzanne's career includes roles as a Digital Technologies Teacher, Humanities/History Teacher, and Language Arts Teacher in the Colorado Springs School District, as well as experience as a Technology Coordinator at Academy School District 20 and as a Legal Assistant at Holland & Hart LLP. LyndaSuzanne holds a Master of Arts in K-8 Teaching with a focus on Educational/Instructional Technology from The Colorado College and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
